• Orders will be based on the selected membership packages as specified by the customer at the time of purchase.

Account Login Requirement

• Customers must log in to their account to select the required membership packages.
• Payment must be made based on the selected packages to confirm the order.

Shipping Method and Charges

• Shipping methods and fees are determined based on the delivery location and product weight. These details will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• Fight For Fitness Sdn. Bhd. partners with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery

Delivery Timeframe

• Delivery times are estimated and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or logistic issues.
• Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Tracking Information

• Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their delivery.

Membership Renewal Policy

Renewal Requirement

• Members are required to renew their membership prior to its expiry to maintain their membership status.
• A reminder for renewal will be communicated to members via info@fightforfitness.com.my

Re-registration Fee

• If a membership is not renewed within 7 days after expiry, the member will be required to re-register and pay a new registration fee in addition to the membership fee.

Cancellation Policy

No-Cancellation Policy

• Once payment is made via SenangPay, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Customers are advised to review all details carefully before confirming their purchase.

Full Payment Obligation

• In the event of cancellation by the customer, the full payment amount remains payable and non-refundable.

Merchant-Initiated Cancellations

• Fight For Fitness Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be fully refunded.

Refunds and Disputes

• Refunds are only applicable for merchant-initiated cancellations or as specified under exceptional circumstances.
• Any disputes regarding refunds must be addressed within 24 hours of the transaction date.

• Members are encouraged to check for updates regularly to ensure they are informed of any changes.
