Hey, I’m RainZ, the founder & Performance Consultant of Fight For Fitness Sdn. Bhd. Martial Arts has been my way of life since I was 7. It’s not just about fighting, it’s about discipline, resilience, and pushing past limits. That’s why I built this Martial Arts & Fitness center, to give people a space where they don’t just train, but transform.

At Fight For Fitness, we don’t do easy. We do what works. No shortcuts, no gimmicks, just real training, real techniques, and a structured path to take you from beginner to pro. Whether you’re here to master self-defense, sharpen your combat skills, or push your limits, this is where warriors are made.

But I wanted to take it further. I designed this as a concept gym, combining world class Mixed Martial Arts training with cutting edge fitness technology. Our facility is built to give you the best experience possible equipped with state of the art machines, high performance training zones, and top tier recovery tools. It’s a safe, clean, and welcoming space where beginners, athletes, and professionals train side by side, pushing each other to be better every single day.

Hey, I’m Veron! Strength, resilience, and determination, these are the pillars of the life I lead. From powering through 160KM century rides and conquering half marathons to training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, I push my limits because I believe in the power of movement and discipline. But true strength isn’t just physical, it’s the confidence, mindset, and perseverance that carry us through life’s challenges.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I am dedicated to helping others unlock their potential and build a healthier, stronger, and more empowered version of themselves. As women, we are never weak, we are warriors. Strength comes in many forms, and when we cultivate it from within, we rise above obstacles, break barriers, and redefine what we are capable of. It’s not just about fitness, it’s about transformation, inside and out.

KEITH

Team Manager & Lead Coach (Muay Thai)

Hey, I’m Keith! My journey in Martial Arts began at the age of five, and from that first strike, I knew, this wasn’t just training. It was war. I’ve battled through TaeKwonDo, Capoeira, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Muay Boran, forging my skills with relentless discipline. As a 2nd Dan Black Belt in TaeKwonDo, I built my foundation in precision and technique before taking my fight to Thailand, where I trained and competed under some of the greatest warriors in the world. I earned recognition from the Kru Muay Thai Association and the World Muay Boran Federation, not by chance, but by sheer force of will.

Martial Arts is dominance. It’s strategy, endurance, and the drive to crush limitations. My mastery also extends to Wai Kru, the sacred ritual that honors the lineage of warriors and sharpens the mind before battle. It’s more than tradition, it’s respect, focus, and the energy that sets the tone for victory.

My mission? To build fighters. To create an arena where raw talent is sharpened, weakness is eradicated, and warriors rise. But I don’t just coach, I lead. I want to show the next generation that strength is earned, that fear is destroyed through relentless effort, and that true power starts from within. This isn’t sport. This isn’t just technique. Hey, I’m I am Chitsanupong Charoenratkorn “Kru Mai”, also known as Kru Mai. I am a professional Muay Thai instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience, officially certified with C-License, B-License, and A-License. My teaching philosophy focuses on flexibility, adapting techniques to suit each student’s abilities, whether they are beginners, fitness enthusiasts, or competitive fighters. I believe Muay Thai is more than just a martial art; it is a path to discipline, confidence, and self-respect. Today, I am dedicated to promoting Muay Thai internationally, ensuring that this cultural treasure is globally recognized while preserving its authentic Thai identity

Coach (Muay Thai)

Hey, I’m Dr. Fong, a certified Muay Thai coach with credentials backed by some of the most respected names in the fight world. I’m officially licensed by the Malaysian Muay Thai Association, the International Federation of Muaythai Associations (IFMA), and the World Muaythai Council (WMC).But that’s just the beginning.I’m also recognized by the National Sports Council of Malaysia (MSN), the Olympic Council of Malaysia, and the SEA Games, bringing elite-level standards to every athlete I train. On top of that, I hold ISKA certification with an official referee license in both Thaiboxing and Kickboxing—because I believe in knowing the fight from every angle.Whether you're stepping into the ring or leveling up your skills, I bring a deep understanding of the sport, a passion for precision, and the kind of experience that turns fighters into champions.

I'm writing this in Korean because I think Koreans living nearby might be interested. First of all, the kids have fun. The teachers are also experts and have a great mindset. I feel like the class is well balanced, not too hard, but not too loose. First of all, since Muay Thai is a self-defence art, I really wanted to teach it to my daughters, and I am lucky to have a gym and teacher of this quality nearby.
