Please note
- Advance booking is required. Cancel at least 1 hour before class (members) or 24 hours before class (non-members).
- Non-members and trial participants must sign a consent form before training.
Sparring equipment
All participants are required to bring their own sparring equipment, including:
- Headgear
- Gloves
- Hand wraps
- Shin pads
- Mouth guard
- Groin guard
